Antgetina (Tina) Bean

Chief Executive Officer, Wiscare Homes

Antgetina "Tina" Bean is the Chief Executive Officer of Wiscare Homes, where she combines her passion for helping others with a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care for Wisconsin's elderly and adults with disabilities. Tina believes every individual deserves to live with dignity, independence, and the comfort of a true home environment.

A Wisconsin native, Tina earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Manufacturing Technology and a minor in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in workplace safety, quality assurance, process improvement, and leadership while working with respected organizations such as Snap-on Tools and ITU

AbsorbTech. Her expertise in OSHA compliance, quality management, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement has shaped her detail-oriented approach to building safe, efficient, and client-centered care environments.

At Wiscare Homes, Tina's mission extends beyond managing an organization—she is dedicated to enriching lives. She is passionate about ensuring Wisconsin's seniors and individuals with disabilities receive personalized, 24-hour support in a family-style setting that promotes independence, respect, and meaningful relationships. She believes that quality care begins with compassion, trust, and treating every resident as if they were a member of her own family.

Outside of her professional career, Tina has demonstrated exceptional discipline and teamwork as a competitive rugby athlete, competing at the national level with championship-winning clubs and representing the USA Rugby League internationally. The leadership, resilience, and teamwork she developed through athletics continue to influence her approach to leading Wiscare Homes.

Under Tina's leadership, Wiscare Homes is committed to redefining residential care by creating safe, welcoming homes where residents can maintain their independence while receiving the personalized support they deserve.
