Antgetina "Tina" Bean is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Wiscare Homes, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered residential care for Wisconsin's elderly and adults with disabilities. Her mission is rooted in a lifelong belief that every person deserves to age with dignity, live as independently as possible, and receive the respect, compassion, and quality care they deserve.

Tina's passion for caring for others began long before her professional career. Raised by her grandparents, she witnessed firsthand the importance of family, patience, sacrifice, and caring for older loved ones. Those early experiences instilled in her a deep respect for America's senior population and inspired her commitment to improving the lives of elderly individuals and adults living with physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities. Today, those same values serve as the foundation of Wiscare Homes.

A Wisconsin native, Tina earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Manufacturing Technology and a minor in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. She has built an accomplished professional career in manufacturing, workplace safety, quality assurance, process improvement, and operational leadership while working for respected organizations, including Snap-on Tools and ITU AbsorbTech.

Throughout her career, Tina has developed expertise in OSHA compliance, Lean Manufacturing, quality management systems, continuous improvement, risk management, and operational excellence. She has led initiatives focused on improving workplace safety, enhancing quality standards, streamlining processes, and creating cultures built on accountability and continuous improvement. These experiences have shaped her disciplined leadership style and attention to detail—qualities that now guide the operations of Wiscare Homes.

Recognizing the growing need for high-quality community-based care, Tina founded Wiscare Homes with a vision of creating more than just a place to live. She envisioned homes where residents are treated like family, maintain as much independence as possible, and receive individualized support tailored to their unique needs. Rather than institutional settings, Wiscare Homes provides warm, family-style environments where residents can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially while receiving professional, 24-hour care.

At Wiscare Homes, Tina believes quality care extends beyond meeting basic needs. It means building meaningful relationships, promoting independence, encouraging personal growth, and creating an environment where every resident feels safe, respected, and valued. Her philosophy is simple: compassionate care begins with trust, dignity, and treating every resident with the same love and respect she would give her own family.

Outside of her professional career, Tina has demonstrated exceptional leadership, resilience, and teamwork as a competitive rugby athlete. She competed nationally with championship-winning clubs and proudly represented the United States in international Rugby League competition. The discipline, perseverance, and leadership she developed through athletics continue to influence her approach to leading Wiscare Homes.

Her vision is to redefine residential living by creating safe, welcoming homes where seniors and adults with disabilities receive compassionate, individualized support while preserving their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
